Welcome to FixSpace.store. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our kitchen organization products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following rules.
1. Accuracy of Information
- Product Images: We aim to display our organizers as accurately as possible. However, due to screen variations and studio lighting, the actual color or finish may vary slightly.
- Dimensions: Kitchen space is precise. Please check the listed dimensions (cm/inches) carefully before ordering to ensure the rack or jar fits your cabinets. FixSpace is not responsible for items that do not fit your specific kitchen dimensions.
2. Orders and Pricing
- Price Changes: All prices are in PKR. We reserve the right to change prices without notice due to supply chain costs or import duties.
- Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or Email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
3. Shipping and Delivery (Pakistan Nationwide)
- Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) and 5–7 days for other regions.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: Since kitchen items (glass jars, acrylic bins) are fragile, you must record an unboxing video. Claims for “Damaged on Arrival” will not be entertained without a clear video showing the parcel being opened for the first time.
4. Product Usage & Liability
- Weight Limits: Our wall-mounted racks and adhesive hooks have specific weight capacities. FixSpace is not liable for damage to your walls or broken dishes caused by overloading the products beyond their stated capacity.
- Assembly: Some items require self-assembly. FixSpace is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or improper use of tools.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- 7-Day Policy: You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Change of Mind: For “Change of Mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
- Non-Returnable: Used items, assembled furniture, or items without original packaging cannot be returned.
6. Payment Terms
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to Rs. 10,000.
- Advance Payment: For certain high-demand or fragile items, we may require a partial advance payment via JazzCash/EasyPaisa to confirm the order.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including product photography, logos, and descriptions, is the property of FixSpace.store. Unauthorized use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be handled in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
