At FixSpace.store, we want your kitchen to be perfectly organized. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations or arrive in perfect condition, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with Pakistan’s consumer protection standards.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
2. Damaged or Broken Items (Fragile Protection)
We take great care in packing our glass jars and acrylic organizers. However, if an item arrives damaged:
- Unboxing Video Required: To claim a refund or replacement for a broken item, you must provide a video of the unboxing process. This video serves as proof for our courier insurance.
- Report Immediately: Claims for transit damage must be reported via email within 24 hours of delivery.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will send a replacement at zero additional cost to you.
3. “Does Not Fit” & Change of Mind
Kitchen space is precise, and we provide detailed measurements for every product.
- If you ordered a size that doesn’t fit your cabinet, or you simply changed your mind, you can still return the item.
- Conditions: The item must be in 100% resaleable condition.
- Costs: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee to cover processing and inspection.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and operational reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, washed, or have food residue.
- Products that have been assembled (e.g., multi-tier racks where screws have been tightened).
- Items purchased during “Final Sale” or “Clearance” events.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:
- Approval: We will notify you via WhatsApp/Email if your return is approved.
- Method: Refunds are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
- Timeline: Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Note: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
6. How to Initiate a Return
- Message Us: Email us your Order ID and photos/unboxing video.
- Pack Securely: Use the original box to ensure the item doesn’t break on its way back to us.
- Ship It: Send the parcel to our Return Center in Islamabad. We recommend using a traceable service like TCS or Leopards.
